Battery Of Unused Phone Expands And Breaks Phone Battery Cover.

Once I bought a new phone and then I kept my old phone in my drawer.After 2 months I saw my old phone battery cover was cracked open by the expanding battery.Why does this happen?Why does battery of unused phone expand?Now I am gonna have trouble selling the old phone.

Buddy.. how long was u using the old phone. Hopefully a long days. u must know the exp date of the battery. I think ur ph's battery was expired thts why it wsa expanding. U know tht whenever u r keeping a electronic gadget with battery inside it for a pretty long time unused please remove the battery. As the same case was happened to me! so dont worry try to buy a new backcover nd a battery nd sell ur old ph. Best Of luck!
