Women who get their menstruation can already bear a child but pregancy and especially motherhood is a great responsibility. No one who is not ready should not get pregant. I had my first baby (I have 2 now) at the age of 23 and it was very hard for me. I believe that women should bear children only if they are ready and willing to sacrifice their happiness for the happiness of their child and of course financially ready as well.

ok,this really should put up on public... there girls that have ther menstrual period,10 years above.but it doesnt mean they can have a child already...i mean they are posible to get pregnant already,but they should not have it on that very young age... y? 1.becos there bodies are not ready yet,they are just starting to develop ther adolescense.depends on each body/person,. getting pregnant 10-to 17 are very young that can cause them health problems and also miscarriege. 2.they are not yet emotionally ready,as well as on mental as pect...they didnt know yet what is really life a head.meaning they are still immature and they sees life as so idealistic or playful,and they didnt know many things about life in true meaning. they are not yet done enjoying ther youth. 3.not yet financially stable...how can they tke care of ther babies if they havent pursues ther education to hve stable job or stable source of income for ther kids. they will just regret on things that havent pursue yet,when they get pregnant so early. if the olders get problem and mad mistakes when they get pregnant,what more are the youngers?... they need proper education about it and proper monitor by ther parents.

Well, I am of the belief that marriage should come before a baby. I understand it doesn't always work this way - but as a rule, I think it should. Regardless of my persuasion on this, I do not think a 12 year old should have a baby. Not simply for maturity reasons, but also physical for some young ladies.
