How to whitten?

I'm a chinese girl.My shin is black.I admire of the white girls.They look so clear and beautifull.And I try many whittening productions.But the effect is little and easy to rebound.I feel very disappoint .But,I can't give up,now I am using a production made in Taiwan of China.I think it's better than the ones I used .Lord bless me!

Don't need to whitten your skin,natural colour is the most beautiful color .
