web 2.0?

has anyone heard of this yet? and what does it mean excatly? how can someone upgrade the whole www? i just dont understand please tell me if you have any idea and is it a good idea or a bad one?

Web 2.0 isn't upgraded web it is just a service that can be offered on some pages. For example, Facebook is web 2.0 so as the Youtube. Web 2.0 is interactive, that means you can add content, change it and manage it.
