I'm just a 25 yr old female and I've slowly developed a lower back ache. I go for exercises in the evening hours (8-9pm) because I dont find time to in the morning and I love to sleep in the morning. I've also started drinking extra water whenever I can so that there is no extra fat!! But I notice that I've started putting on some extra weight also now and my back aches everytime I get up from the bed in the morning. I dont feel the pain much when I sit at work. I also do some short exercises whenever I visit the loo so that I'm not in the same position on my seat all the time. Do you have some tips for me? Am I missing on something or is it all to do with diet food? Please advice.

for back aches do some stretching exercises. example is you can sit on a chair then reach for the floors that is a very good way to stretch your back..of if you can bend backwards thats more soothing..

Thank you for this suggestion. Could you tell me the best time to exercise? Can I do this during break in the day or can I do this anytime morning hours or evening hours? Thanks for the useful tips.

I suffer a lot of back pain and find that I need to stand up and stretch after sitting at my computer for any length of time. I really need to get a decent chair that supports my back but they are expensive to buy. Stretching helps back pain more than anything, but don't overdo it

Thank you for this small advice. I see my colleagues trying to touch their feet while sitting on their chair from the front after stretching their feet too. I heard it helps them temporarily to avoid back ache at work.
