I think the relationship is strange in my office !

My last job , there are 25 colleagues and we get along very well i think, but now , i have change a new job, i find that the relationship is so strange, i think we can have a better relationship here , because our job is not dispart very clearly , when there has something to do , everyone refuse to do and said "it is not my job ", and the job is so easy to do ~! OH , my dear !why can we have an better relationship!
