Which exercise you doing im morning?

as a start of day which exersice you are like for charge urself for to maintain urself fresh.

I take the lift downstairs, walk one round around my apartment block and then climb back to mu unit floor from ground to the ninth floor. Alternate days I would go to the next block and climb from ground to 16th floor and then walk down again. After come back to my unit I would do 20 sit ups.

I used to walk about 3 to 5 kms in morning.Then I take rest for few minutes and do some warming up exercises.After that I do pranayams and asanas.I do Kapalbhati pranayam regularly.It helps to maintain my abdominal shape and I get rid of acidity whole day.I finish my exercise by doing savasana.

a little light aerobic exercise and yoga. it's very good to start my day.. :)

The most exercise that i do is to walk with my dog. Then to start my nice day.
