In my opinion, the iPod is the best with its easy-to-use user interface. But that seems to be out of the price range for you. I would recommend going to your local store and just taking the cheapest one. They often don't have much difference the lowest price range.

Ipod is the best i know. but i wana some thing cheaper online coz i think that online purchase is cheaper in any way .if u know any better site tel me plz

I really like my Zune. I got a 30GB white model for only $100 (although I got lucky - it was supposed to brown, and they ran out of brown). It's extremely durable and has a nice interface. I'm extremely satisfied with it.
