recent someone start discussion about optical illusion it's shows how our brain work. i like to share this fact about our reading that our brain doesn't read every letter in word most of time it read whole word. see the image.

I'm sure our brains are trained to skim words. Proof of that is the email that goes around with various vowels missing and you can still read it perfectly fine.

yes human brains is very sharp it ignore some error in already known words but whenever it catch a new or unknown word it stop for that word.

that a very interesting fact. here are some more facts about READING: the average person in business reads no faster than people did 100 years ago. the average reading speed is 200-250 words a minute in non-technical material- roughly 2 minutes.
