Rate your spouse

My husband is absolutely wonderful! He met me when I was at my largest and he fell in love with me. I have since lost a lot of weight and he still loves me. He took my three children in as his own and has been a fantastic dad to them. I am very, very fortunate to have found such a wonderful, loving man who loves me unconditionally. He has never tried to change me. In fact, he loves the things about me that other men have despised (my strong will, intelligence, strong personality) and he has NEVER treated me like a trophy wife, unlike every other man I have been with. He respects me, loves me and thinks that I am the most gorgeous, most intelligent, most talented woman on the planet. Like I said, I am a very, very lucky girl. :-)

My husband is the kind who doesn't interfere with what I do. He don't care what I do, or where I go or what I wear. I could go out wearing shorts with sandals wearing red socks it wouldn't matter to him any..lol. He just don't ever say anything,even tho I've gained some weight since we got married, but now I've been working real hard at losing it and I've lost 13 lbs. he's proud of me. He's a good husband, he's not bossy or anything, just a laid back kinda guy. I love him....

I think that it is good to get some tips and advice from your spouse who knows you better than anyone else rather than being snickered by others. After years of married life and understanding it is always nice to get corrected and guided by each other.That is the essence of marriage.Isn't it?

Hmmm...My spouse is very demanding. He wants me to lose weight, watches what I eat, and basically looks good. He is involved in my choice of clothing. He loves to take me out shopping and he chooses my clothes and shoes. I don't really mind it, because he has very excellent taste. Although, sometimes it can be too controlling when I want something else. Still, I picked him, flaws and all, so I'm fine with it.

My husband wants me to look better, that is he wants me to loose weight, but he have never forced me to be on a diet. But he keeps telling me that I need to loose weight so that I could be healthy. He never interferes in what I wear. But in general we both have the same taste when it comes to colour and design. But if I wear something different, out of the way, he definitely notices it and comments on it (most of the time the comment will be this suits you better).

you made two categories but i dont think that is the only category there is. my wife is a passionate woman. since we had a child she choose t o ba a 24/7 mom and house wife. my wife is happy to cook for me and my son but still she says what she wants. we make sure we had an open communications when it comes to any matter regarding our life and our son. she has her own identity so i dont just tell her to do things.

my husband did not fit into either category as he was a man who complimented me on my clothes, who loved me just as I was , unconditionally and did not tell me what to do or how, as he respected me as an adult intelligent woman.of course he worried when I gained' weight but was kind not vicious and helped me all he could. I did lose weight but now i am a widow I put most of it back on. lol.
