I don't think I've ever had jet lag. But then again, I don't fly much.

i had a 13 hours change when i left when i arrived to the place i live now...
i couldnt sleep at nite for more than a week!!
that was awful... i got asleep at work, but at nite i was awake like an owl..
how did i beat it? just tried to stay awake as long as i could ... after 2 weeks it finally worked...
