How do you balance Work/ School/ and you personal life?

i'm still a cellege student. and i got a part-time job too. but i just need to work in every weekend. so on Monday to Friday, i can spend most of my time on school and studying. After that, if there is a date or any gathering of my friends, i will go and enjoy that. We often have relaxed activity after school. When we have too much classes or homework to do, we won't plan any gathering untill most of us are free.
