I think it's great. I'm white and my husband is Latino - he is from Argentina. People give us second looks sometimes, but I don't care. Sometimes Latina women look at me like they are mad at me for "stealing" one of their men. Sometimes white men look at him like they are mad at him for "stealing" one of their women.
I say do what makes you happy and screw everyone else if they don't like it. You're not married to them, you're married to your spouse!
Have a great day and happy myLotting!!!

I live in CA - in LA where interracial couples are all around. There are all kinds of people here . . . lots of Caucasians, lots of Latinos, lots of everyone . . . so seeing a couple of two different "races" is not unusual here. In fact, I am Asian, and my husband is "white" . . . obviously I'm totally fine with it! Perhaps because it's not unusual here, I don't even think about people giving us second looks (and personally I wouldn't care). No matter what your backgrounds are, it's a beautiful thing for two people to truly love each other - and that's what counts the most.

I don't think about it and neither should you. It is not a question of race or color. It is how you are to each other. Others have no business poking into your business unless you're doing something illegal in either or both your countries. I say good luck to you both and let everybody else worry about their own husbands and wives. Cheers!!!

Anyone who is rude enough to make derogatory comments or indicate their disapproval about this should be either ignored, or told to mind their own business.
Finding that person you want to spend the rest of your life with, no matter what their race, is a precious gift. It's the person that they are that matters, not where they come from.
Anyone who says differently doesn't know the true meaning of love.

Hi td, well basically what is there to think about, i wouldn't give it a second thought. I might look twice if your wife was a lot taller than you as that tends to look a bit odd I find. Unless you're Donald Trump of course but then people would be looking anyway. It seems patently obvious to every Greek person here that I'm not actually Greek and I don't get any funny looks for being with a Greek guy, we get stared at all the time but that's just because Greeks have to have something to gossip about.
You must enconter some pretty small minded people if it bothers them. Certainly here we are much more tolerant and open minded.

It shouldn't matter what race your from as long as your in love. I can relate to this because I am Mexican and I am dating a white chick. We do get a lot of stares from both Mexicans and Americans but we don't care cuz it doesn't matter what they think of us. It's funny though because they don't even realize that I don't even speak spanish very well because I was born here so I am no different than any other American except for the Mexican parents.

I think interracial relationships are BEAUTIFUL! What a perfect example of the ways humans can look past unimportant things like skin color, not to mention, if being a part of one culture is great, imagine belonging to two!
Don't let ignorant people get you down...
