G W Bush, Jr. sought vindication for dad and got it, with the capture of Saddam and his death sentence. With that all said and done, we should have started to come home. I do truly thank each and every soldier for what they do! My daughter served 4 years in teh Marines with her tour of duty being in Okinawa (on alert due to North Korea)
Mind you, I don't mind helping someone out (ask MentalWard), but when we are criticized and attacked like we are...ENOUGH is ENOUGH!
I believe we have played BIG BROTHER just a little too much.
We have problems at home here that need settling up!
1. Those countries that owe us $$'s from past wars and loans...have 90 days to make amends or work out an agreement with a liasion (that will be enforced) or all exports to those countries will be stopped.
2. Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia...you are on your own...kill each other, but mind you...if 1 American is harmed...we will seekk retribution.
American politicians need to worry more about what their voters are thinking, instead of what the foreign nationals think of us!

Yeah, you're one of the good guys, onetrack!
I agree totally that the U.S. has interfered in the affairs of other nations way too often. Apparently, it has hurt this nation pretty badly. Look at our economy. We're all wondering where it will all end. People are starving and dying from health conditions because they can't pay for health insurance right here; some of them are our own neighbors!
But our "great" government pays more attention to the affairs and opinions of these other countries than they do their own citizens... the ones who put them in office in the first place!
It certainly is time to bring our soldiers home... now! We aren't doing any good out there. From what I've seen, most countries where our soldiers are stationed hate us (as a country).
The U.S. government needs immediate purging. Uprising, anyone?
