The most important fashion in my closet are my slinky style pants. They're cloud soft and a real dream to wear. They work with everything and come in a billion colors. Because of the stretchy fabric of slinky fashions, you can wear them during pregnancy and look stylish and put together, without having to resort to so called "maternity" clothes. Sometimes I get my slinky style fashions from City Knit, Carolyn Strauss and other times I get them from local boutiques. You can always tell if something is slinky style, because it stretches easily when you pull on it. It's super cool during the summer and doubles as a yoga pant if you misplace your work out gear. It washes up great, too. And, rarely wrinkles. Well, I can't say enough good things about it. So, that's my favorite fashion for now. And, it works really well for me, especially as a mom. What's your most important or favorite fashion or fashion accessory in your closet?

Don't laugh honey but I would have to say that the most important items in my wardrobe are my pyjamas! As i don't get out a lot and because of my pain it is more difficult to get changed twice a day so better to just put on clean pyjamas when I have bathed! Plus they are so comfy it is unreal! lol xxx

I don't really have a favourite brand sweety - I have lots of different ones ! Having said that I have quite a few from Tesco (Florence and Fred), which is a huge supermarket chain here and they are very comfortable! The only ones I don't like are button up tops - they always end up popping open at very inopportune moments! xxx

Yowch! Yes, I hear you on that one. Undone buttons are the worst. That's especially embarrassing, around company. Though I'm not sure if it's more embarrassing to walk around all day with a button undone and then later find out myself or to have someone point it out. You know the person is just trying to be polite, but it means that someone noticed. And, what else did they notice? Heaven knows! Be well. B

That's cool! I'm not gonna laugh, cause if I had it my way, I'd spend my days in jammies too! LOL! No seriously, I would. What's your favorite brand? I am always looking for comfortable lounge wear for the house and sleep. Maybe I can find the same brand online.

Hello Beautyqueen, I think my most important piece of clothing would be my white skirt because it goes with all of my tops and looks so good on me! (just my opinion, of course). Tianna

What a good point! White is a year round color that works in all weather. And, it's a fresh, young look too.

It is so funny that you mention slinky style and yoga in the same discussion. Just last week it was laundry day and I swear, everything I own was dirty. I suddenly realized I had some free time when hubby could watch my son. Did I decide it was time to do laundry?, no I wanted to go to a yoga class. My slinky pants were hanging in the closet because I don't really wear them much, they are just not me, so I grabbed them and wore them to yoga. Actually I would not recommend them for yoga class. They were a bit slick and slippery even on a non-stick yoga matt. My most important piece of clothing is either my khaki pants because I can throw anything on with them. Or my ankle length black knit skirt... pretty much for the same reason.

The slinky pants and style fabric was so comfortable during pregnancy. I felt so well put together. Not frumpy or sloppy looking at all. I've heard other pregnant women complain about the lack of affordable and stylish maternity clothes. Slinky was my solution.

For me it would have to be my suits, since I wear them to work everyday and is probably ratio wise what I wear the most not counting sleep.

If I worked outside the home, I'd definitely wear suits all the time. I'm just a suit person. I like to look professional, so people treat me that way.

The most important piece of clothing that I have in my closet would have to be my wedding dress, which by the way is considered vintage. God it just feels like yesterday when I bought it but then again if I tried it on I would know it was many moons old.. I couldnt even zip it up anymore.

That is such a sweet thing to say. Weddings always make me cry. I get nostalgic.

The most important piece of clothing I have is my khaki pants. I wear khaki pants at least twice a week. I'm an elementary teacher, so we have to be nicely-dressed, but comfortable at the same time.

I guess the most important thing in my closet are my underclothes and my pants/leggings. Nowadays I like wearing leggings than pants. They are more comfortable than pants.

I am not too much of a fashion forward individual which will be made apparent by my choice. I think my favorite thing in my closet in my pair of Chuck Taylor sneakers. I literally wear these shoes every day. They are so comfortable and go with just about anything that I wear.
