pleases help!!!! my cat is not using the litter box

My cat saylor is 3 yrs old. she has been trained in useing the litter box all her life. the last several mots she has been using the tub and the bathroom sink. and sometimes she uses the litter box. I clean out her box every day and Do not understand what is wrong with her. can anyone help me out?

We recently learned from our vet that when a cat suddenly refuses to use the liter box it is a sign of a urinary infection. Some cats have "issues" with generic cat liter also.

Have you changed litter or put anything new in the area of the litter box? Sometimes outside things can upset a cat. If our answer is no then you sould take your cat to the vet to be checked out. Sometimes using areas other than the litter box is sign that tht cat is ill.
