Do you support mercy killing?

this is such a nice discussion..for me mercy killing is such a big sin because i believe that only GOD our creator has the right to commit one's life, for He was the only one who gave it to us,,It is such a good thing that we care for one's life but sometimes the things that we thought that was right aren't always the best one..

I think mercy killing is a new way to end one's life.though one one has the right to do it,it's a better choice for the one who is suffering panic.

In my honest opinion, if I had a terminal illness and I was in pain all the time, and there was nothing left for me to do, and I just wanted to pass on, if there was the option to be let go.....I would request it but in my state this is not allowed. I feel bad for people who are so ill and will not get better that the only thing they can do is just rot until their heart finally gives out. I am jsut not sure, it is hard....I am not saying that if someone has a chance to survive that is one thing, but when there is nothing that can be done, why not give them the dignity they deserve, don't we deserve to die in peace? why have to allow all the embarrasing things happen in front of others when there is nothing that can be done you know?

i strongly believe that only our creator can take away our lives because He is the one who gave this life to us. But in a situation where as you are already the one there seeing your relative suffering and hurting i do not know if i can stand by my decision but i do hope i will not be placed in such situation when i will have to choose to do euthanasia. I just hope and pray that if ever a part of our family is in a certain situation God will take them instead of letting us do it.
