How do a freshman survive college?

I'm about to really enter college by July this year. And just like every incoming freshman, I'm just as afraid of everything, as of now.
I haven't really tried going there by myself, and I know that by July, I'm actually going there all by myself.
I also have an experience, a bad one _

Well,as a freshman,everyone will feel uncomfortable and unease.However,it is a process when we grow up.So we should become brave,independence and confident.Maybe you can look for some sophomore student to help you.You can adapt the new environment quickly with his or her help.o(n_n)o...

Yeah. I agree. It really requires a lot of confidence. Otherwise, one cannot survive anything at all.
Seeking for help is always a choice, too. :)

it's important that you have a strong sense of self. once you enter college, it's more independent and most of the time you have to be assertive. know what you want and find ways to get it.
also it wouldn't hurt to have friends...even a few good ones to help you survive =)

Yeah.Really. It's now,actually, that I find myself more independent,unlike during highschool. :) It's really nice to know that one's becoming independent. =D
I really hope I'd find friends there.
