I've read an article in CNN that really made me mad. Here's the link: http://www.cnn.com/2008/CRIME/05/22/flds.ruling/index.html There were 460 children removed from a polygamist sects ranch (texas}. the texas 3rd district court of appeals decided in favor of 38 women who had appealed the removal, as well as the decision of a district judge that the children will remain into state custody. there wasn't any proof that there was physical danger in the health of those children, and they had to be taken away from their mothers. i say that for those children who weren't abused they shouldve stayed with their families and to those who claimed to be abused could be investigated and whoever did it should be put to jail. instead, they decide to chase shadows when child abuse is happening all over the US with some even resulting to death! and here they receive one phone call and they decide to remove the children in the whole community!
