What's your favorite formation in soccer?

I would prefer 4-4-2 with a diamond position in the mid field. Just like that. ----0---0---- ------0------ -0---------0- ------0------ -0--0---0--0- ------0------ It can have a firm control in the midfield if you have a strong defensive midfielder, such as Macherano. And you can play wing quite confortably. You can have a tall striker and a fast one. The tall one can take control of the air and the fast one can tear the opponent's defense with his speed.

i like the 4-4-2 too, but with a little combination, like playing a diamond affect, that will be something called a 4-1-2-1-2, but in some times it would be preffereable to play with one striker and the second one to play as a attacking midfield so 4-1-2-2-1
