Okay here is a fabulous tip for speeding up your connection speed by at least 20%,follow these simple instructions;First click on Start button(left hand side bottom of your computerthen type GPedit.msc in the run option.
Under "Local Computer Policy"expand the "adminastrive templates".
Here in the right hand side window "expand the Network"then highlight the "QoS Packet Scheduler".
Now again in right hand side window, double click on "limit reservable bandwith".
Under the "Limit reservable bandwith properties"dialog box check "enabled" then change the "bandwith limit%" to zero.
Now close the Group Policy editor, and restart your computer, for your changes to take affect, and thats it,I hope you enjoy his tip as it really does work!p.s i have added a picture to help you if you get a bit stuck!enjoy gilly!

Hi monty7805,
Basically what this tip does is compresses your text, picture data, file downloads,so when you surf the net it speeds the download data much faster, without any damage to your computer,it acts like a sort of download accelerator please trust me it works,i hope this explanation helps, kind regards, gilly
