If you find yourself having difficulties to sleep well at night and sleeping pills have become your bedside partner at night, here is a little remedy that can help you fall asleep faster as well as deepen your sleep. It’s so simple and costs you nothing but a trial. Exercise very well in the afternoon and see yourself fall asleep cheaply and become healthier.

Thank you for your concern. Now I can have a sound sleep. But doing some sports is still necessary for our health. Then I guess I will pick up some soon.

It pains me to think about exercising. I've worked out, maybe twice this year. Not that I'm complaining or anything. Unfortunately, I'd rather have the sleeping pills instead. I know it's kind of bad to get attached to pills, but I have insomnia. I will try exercising more often. I just need to somehow work that into my system.

sleeping pills always have aftermath effects and the worst part is it does not show quickly but until you are long gone into it so i suggest you try the exercise no harm or side effects

Wow! that's pretty simple eh! I have to do that. I'm insomniac and I think I miss sleeping early at night and having that deep sleep. If I haven't posted anything for a few days here, that means I'm succeeding in getting a good night sleep, LOL! because I do my posting usually during wee hours at night. Nice tip byola. Thank you for that thought. :-)
