Star Ranking at 7

Can anyone share with me what does it mean having a star rank at 7? Before i start being active in mylot, i dont even have a star beside my name. But now i am having a star ranking at 7. Yesterday my ranking is 6 with a red colour. Today i have a start rank at 7 witt gray colour. I saw different colour on other mylotter. Is there any difference having a higher ranking?

Hi,
Star ranking shows your reputation in myLot. The larger the number in the star the higher your ranking. According to some mylotters, the higher your ranking, the higher value your post will be. So, you will get paid more per post you done in myLot.

You get a star ranking once you reach 100 posts.
The star ranking denotes your reputation.It means how far your response have been useful and accepted by others.
The higher the star ranking means your response is liked by many.
But,now a days,most of the mylotters don't care about their star as now a days it doesn't show the true star ranking because of rating abuse.
However,the star rating doesn't have an influence on your earnings.Each star from 1 to 10 have different colours.
Your star rating will increase if other mylotters rate our response positive.Similarly,if other mylotters rate your response negative your star rating will decrease.The star ratings are updated once in 24 hours approximately

If you keep your mouse over the star it will show your reputation to the base of 100.

Hello! It's what people are rating you. It seems like you're getting a lot of +'s when I started out at 100 my rating was 2 but now I'm at 9. It took me so long to get there. I'm glad that you started at such a high rating, hon. You have a wonderful day.

The star appears after you reach 100 posts. It is based on how your fellow mylotters rate your responses and discussions. I think 10 is the max. I have no idea if there is any other meaning or consequence to the star rating.
