We have an elderly fried who I have known now for more than 10 years ,he loves to drive so much that if its possible to drive in his bedroom he will do it. There is also this part of his habit that stands out when ever he is behind the steering wheel, and that is, he is always buckled up with his seat belt. I do use my seat belt but of course sometimes I needed to be reminded, I have even been booked for not using my seatbelt a number of times buy traffic cops. My question is are you always buckled up when you are driving or you are just like me who needs to be reminded each time?

I have to be honest, I don't wear my seat belt all the time. My kids tell me all the time to put it on. I was in a wreck back in 94 and the cop said if I had my seatbelt on I would have received a broken hip. Thank God I didn't because I was able to lean away from the impact.

I used to have a car that used to bring the seatbelt down for me as soon as I started the car up and I loved it. I would never forget it. It is now law so we never forget it. It is also so much safer for us to wear one than not wearing one at all. I always wear my seat belt now even though I never got a ticket for not wearing one. It is better to be safe than sorry no matter if it is for life or a ticket or jail time.
