Hi there and welcome to mylot. The very first thing you should do is read the TOS and the guidelines. Money making discussions with links to referrals and not allowed. And will get deleted. Your earnings are update only once a day. For awhile I would suggest that you respond to discussions and get a feel for how people who have been here for awhile respond. To answer your first question, it takes a while for the stats to be updated. Usually around 10:00 each day, sometimes earlier sometimes later. You are right about the number beside of your name. Most likely the reason your discussions were deleted is because myLot does not allow you to post referral links in discussions. If you want to refer someone, you are allowed to do that by personal message if they are a friend and don't mind. Usually it's best to start the discussion and say if anyone wants to join just to message you and you will send them the link.
