I think so!. Michael Jacksons is the victim of media conspiracy who trying to make money out of his image in a negative way. Since Michael Jackson is not performing or doing any events that make money for the media they use his negative image to make money instead. And in my own personal opinion people trying to bring him down because they afraid he might become real idol or icon for the people especially youngsters. To prevent that from happening they screw up his life with all the negative media publicity to destroy every piece of his fame.

I'm not going to say that there haven't been money mongers trying to get something from him. There probably have been. But the guy is still a weirdo. Why have all that plastic surgery and then say you didn't. I mean, come on. It's blatant. And, does anyone else think there's something strange about his NeverNeverLand Ranch. It's one thing to buy yourself a large chunk of land to be away from everything and call it whatever you want but it's the whole "little boy playland" that sets wrong with me. What's up with that anyway?

What can I say? He IS a weirdo! If he hadn't acted out in his earlier years, he might not have the bad/sick publicity he does now. You act differently, you change your looks, you get caught doing bad things, you're gonna get called a weirdo! He might have had a different outcome altogether, if not for his past. I agree with Craig Ferguson! Too funny!

I am probably going to be the one different opinion on this. I believe the public is so money hungry they will accuse anyone that is different. I think he was stupid for not going ahead and fighting the first claim. When his lawyers told him to settle out of court that just opened the flood gates against. They figure they all can get money out of him. So when the second charge came up it is so good to see him fight it. He is different but not enough to be treated the way he was treated. I would never want to be a celebrity ever. They have no secret life at all. They have shows like TMZ watching them every second waiting for them to take a big poop and catch it on film. Just like what they are doing to Miley Cyrus. They will do anything to make a buck. And with Miley she cannot even act like a normal teenager for it.But back to Michael Jackson. I think he is misunderstood and people are looking to make a profit on that. He helped so many but not that is a dirty picture now. You know how many kids that had cancer he helped with Never Never land. But the public had to turn that out to be something dirty and now he does not help any child. What a shame.

to me hes neither. from what i have heard everything he was accused of he did, he did. the stories from the kids just meshed too well and i think that the investigation was bought. this just proves to me that all things being equal...if you have lots of money to throw at a problem you can get the verdict you want. hes nothing more than a criminal that has a lot of money to throw at his situation and he needs to never be allowd near children again. all he does is make excuses and buy his way out of his problems.
