I am wondering if how do we really take care of our health. Are we aware of these bad habits?
BRAIN DAMAGING HABITS
1. No Breakfast
People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level.
This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.
2. Overeating
It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.
3. Smoking
It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.
4. High Sugar consumption
Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.
5. Air Pollution
The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.
6. Sleep Deprivation
Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.
7. Head covered while sleeping
Sleeping with the head covered increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.
8. Working your brain during illness
Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain.
9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts
Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.
10. Talking Rarely
Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain

Hello Longbangod,
I am very happy that you posted this. Now I am aware of the bad habits that will affect the full function of my body especially more on the brain. So far, my only bad habits in your list are #2...hahaha I eat a lot lately. #3...that was 10 months gao...but now no more, even a stick. #4...but I love chocolate or anything sweet, okay, fine I will reduce he consumption. #5...this is not my fault. Everywhere I go the air is polluted.
And no more. I talk a lot so #10 is definitely not my problem. LOL Now, I was awaken by the fact that unconsciously I have bad habits that affect my health. Thank you again and take care =)

Where do you people get this utter nonsense from?
smoking actually PREVENTS Alzheimers and parkinsons disease and scientists have been experimentng for years to try to dliver nicotine to the brain as a treatment for it as quickly as smoking delivers it.
You will find links to several scientific evidence studies and commentaries here on how smoking PREVENTS alzheimers.

Because that is a glaringly obvious error in your opening statements, I cannot take anything else you state there seriously.

that is not evidence it is heresay and in a court of law unlike what I have poined you to would not be admissable.
find me evidence that backs these claims up.
What it all will come back to is statistical "evidence" rather than scientific proof. This was the result of dr Richard Doll who first "proved" the link but who worked under the SS at Frankfurt university in the thirties. The Nazis could not prove it either so invented the statistical science so as not to disappoint their ideologically motivated paymasters. It is ALL unscientific.
http://www.forces.org/articles/art-fcan/nazi2.htm
In fact, anything scientific should be repeatable through testing the hypothesis. All attempts to do this have failed miserably and you will see that if you actually read the evidence I have pointed you to. For example you remember the thouands of smoking beagles and rats? Well have a guess how many developed lung cancer? None. Not one.
It is a witch hunt we are witnessing and like belief in witchcraft has no evidence to back it up.
