I donot jog but I prefer brisk walking for 3 kms in park.After returning home I do some free hand exercise.Then I do some asanas and pranayam.Pranayam are breathing exercise which help us to keep away from many diseases like blood pressure diabetes etc.
Before doing exercise I always take some light food like a cup of milk.

Absolutely. I get out early, while it's still dark, so I can get the workout out of the way, before my day gets started and too many things have to get done in a hurry. Also, it's quieter and less distracting in the morning, so you can focus on your run and not on work, tv, current events, movies, etc. It's great meditation.

I was jogging early in the morning and enjoying it thoroughly also, until i stopped jogging a few years ago. Now i don't feel the need to jog.

well, i work nights so I am really tired in the morning.
i wake up 2 hours before shift and so I cant do jogging as well... I am planning to go back to the gym once I am able to fix a lot of things at work..
