The health benefits of drinking tea

Many people don't know the benefits of drinking tea. Below, I have listed a few of the reasons why people should drink tea rather than coffee (or in general).
1)Tea contains antioxidants (which help to prevent cancer and slow the effects of aging)
2)Tea has almost four times less caffine as coffee
3)Tea (green) Increases the body's metabolism (maning that it can help loose weight)

Studies have revealed that tea is high in antioxidant which not only helps improve general health but also cuts the risks of chronic diseases.studies have also revealed that tea is associated with protection against lungs and stomach cancer.moderate tea drinking may also help keep heart attack victims alive.drinking tea reduces risk of heart attack by 40%.as such we must drink tea moderately to protect our selves from such dreadful diseases.besides,when i am in cold and having headache and body pain i drink red tea added with ginger and bay leaf and get the benefit.thanx.

Tea contain flavonoid type of anitoxidant which removes free radical from the body.
Free radical can damage tissue or cells of the body.
yesterday I read another article on newspaper.It mentioned that green tea helps in prevention of acne and pimples.
However my husband use green tea for conditioning of hair.It also reduces dandruff from his scalp.
