People should regard other people's feelings as they do their very own....

I always wonder why so many people can be down right mean and cruel to others yet they do not want someone else to treat them in that manner! I try to treat people as I wish to be treated. I don't like being pushed around or demeaned so therefore I do not do these things to others. I try to get along with each and every indidivual I come in contact with. I will try and try and if after trying I find I can not get along with a certain person then I simply stay away from them. It gives me no right to humiliate them nor mistreat them. You are gooing to come across people you don't click with but that gives none of us the right to judge and hurt another human being. We were all put here by God to serve some purpose. It is not for us to judge one another nor to think someone is beneath us simply because they don't think.look or act as if we think they should. I believe one of the world's biggest problem is that people will not live and let others live in peace without causing ill will.
Can you give me some feedback on this? Am I right or simply crazy?

This is a very sad situation. In a perfect world, people would get along beautifully and in harmony.
However, there are also people in the world who have personality disorders such as narcissism or anti-social behaviors. With these types of people, it is virtually impossible to receive positive treatment.

You are 100% right! And I also believe that things have been getting progressively worse over the years. It is directly related to moving away from our core values. What was considered wrong, immoral, and indecent not too many years ago, is now considered correct, virtuous, and proper. Have people lost their minds? The majority of us are still decent, God loving individuals, but we tend to continually "turn the other cheek" to those who are tearing down our social structure. If enough of us stood together, we could restore common sense and decency to the world.
Throughout time, children have considered their parents views as "out of touch" with their times. Today's children are continually exposed to this abhorrent behavior and don't realize that "their time" is a corrupt one fraught with disastrous consequences for their own well being and that of future generations.
I believe in the power of prayer. While we are waiting for the moment when turning the other cheek is no longer an option, we should all say a prayer each day for the salvation of mankind from the destructive forces moving us away from all things good and positive that we have always cherished, and which are rapidly, and with ever increasing speed, propelling us into the depths of negativity.
