I'm new to alertpay and I don't know a lot of information about it. So, some of my questions are... Can you purchase stuff without being a verified member? If so, is there any requirements before you can purchase things? And one more thing, Can you cashout your money via check without a verified account? If so, is there any other requirements? Please help anyone.
