Memorial day weekend, the unoffical start of summer

So with Memorial day on Monday many people will be having family bbq's, will you be grilling and celebrating tomorrow on Sunday or waiting until Monday for your get together? We are having our family BBQ tomorrow, This way Monday will just be a relaxing day before school and work starts again on Tuesday. We are also grilling on Monday but nothing as big as tomorrow. How do you celebrate memorial day? Most people here have get togethers and grill, and have a few drinks.
