What is the best way you have your seafood if you like it! I prefer mostly plain but do like a nice sauce sometimes.

I love to have real crabmeat covered in old bay seasoning and butter. Oh, that's the best...... Now I'm hungry for seafood.

That sounds yummy and now I am also wanting some. What does old bay seasoning consist of?

I am not a good cook but I have been watching the cooks on TV and as I prefer not to eat meat I eat a lot of fish so I have been having fish wrapped in foil and as one of the cook said simple is best so he suggested cooking it in foil only with butter salt and pepper and lemon juice.. so I then bake it in a dish with boiled potatoes light fried with onions and garlic then I put the potatoes, onions and garlic in the dish next to my foil parcel, cook up some vegies and I have have surprised myself how delicious it is...

I usually cook my fish in foil but must say the cooks who prepare these meals always make them look so easy. Your meal does sound delicious and nice when if we are not the best of cooks that they turn out!

I'll take it any way I can get it but plain really is the best.
