I won't lie & say it's easy. It was hard as hell. I have to work at it everyday or I will gain some back.

Hi just2crazygirlz,
Just don't go losing too much weight, or you'll float away on the next breeze!
It's good to hear you're eating a healthy diet, too.
You might like to consider doing something like swimming every couple of days to reduce any unwanted stores of body fat - it won't necessarily make you lighter, because muscle tissue is more dense than fatty tissue - but it will make you slimmer and more energetic.
Anyway, keep going, and don't be naughty!

I wish I had time to swim. I love to swim, but I'm a single mom who works full time and just launched my own online store where I hand make the items. So now I'm running around crazy making tutus among other things. lol.

That is so cool! I did my masters paper in nutrition and learning and one of the areas that I looked at is weight. May I ask what you did to lose the weight? There are so many people that will skip out on calories, count carbs or other fad diets that will give them 'success'. Success to me is the to live a life of fitness that is a balance of diet and exercise. A way to maintain the 'ideal' level.
May I ask what will you do to maintain your energy, weight and health?

I exercise for one. I'm a single mom. My daughter will be 5 in less than 2 weeks, so she keeps me active.
I like to eat salad and grilled chicken so that is a plus too.
I have to say that counting calories does work, but you will have to do it forever. You can't do something and then stop. I lost 70 lbs over 2 yrs ago. When I hurt my back over a yr ago, I gained 20 back. I am no losing that 20. Taking muscle relaxers and sitting on the couch is not how you loose weight. lol.

Wow. That's great. I wish I had the willpower to stick to a diet or exercise program so I could lose some weight.

First of all congrats. I bet you feel so much better for having lost all that weight. Also it's good to see that you are also eating sensibly and taking some exercise. However I do have one concern here. You mentioned diet pills that were prescribed. Can you tell us what kind? My main concern is that as soon as you stop using them that you'll gain a whole lot of weight back. And that would be such a shame!
Another concern that pops to mind is that they may addictive.
