Paypal in India, Philippines, Lithuania, Romania, Malaysia, Bulgaria, etc...

As a freelance writer in the US, I'm interested to know how easy or difficult is it for folks in countries other than the US to use Paypal?
The internet has made me realize that not everyone has an easy time earning money on the internet because it seems that Paypal is the 'universal' method of payment (well at least in the US it is). How do my fellow writers or internet business owners overcome the problem when paypal isn't accepted in your country?

I am a filipino and I have a paypal account. I haven't tried withdrawing from my paypal account yet so I do not know how easy or hard it is to do so. But I have used it to purchase some items online and it's actually a breeze.

I had a big problem when paypal was not offered in my country. I am glad that it is now established here and the degree of difficulty in doing business on the internet has lessened somewhat. Now, all I need to do is fill my paypal account with mylot money. Cheers!!

In the beginning like two years before I had alot of problems as Pay Pal was not available in Pakistan and still is not available. I am member of E-Gold, Alert Gold, Alter Gold, Liberty Reserve and Money Bookers. I have very bitter and harsh experience regarding E-Gold, as you can see my discussion on the topics of "E-Gold", as my account their got hacked. I have verified my residential address at Money Bookers, so when I shall receive payout from MyLot, Money Bookers will send a bank cheque to my home. I shall then submit that cheque in my bank account here. Well, still have to think alot and face problems because Pay Pal is not availabe in Pakistan, I still think what is the reason behind this. If Pay Pal was available, I wouldn't have lost money in my E-Gold account.

first of all thanks for creating this type of discussion. i like this discussion very much.because due to paypal is not available in many countries so that many peoples are facing problems due to this.so , i want to ask to paypal admin that why he/she not allowed paypal in some countrie.whats the reason behind this.friend, as far as concern to me. i happy to use mylot and easy way of transaction of money through this account.how the user on mylot will paid without have paypal account
