Which is better -- HBO or Cinemax?

I dont really watch either of the channels because my parents dont have those channels,but when they did used to have those channels I would usually watch HBO because it always had good movies.

Yeah you're right. Why do your parents don't have these channels anymore? Did you region cut it off?

They had them cut off because they were too expensive to keep,so we have just the basic Dish Network package now,which is more than enough to keep me and my fiance happy.

HOME BOX OFFICE is the best. It has got a high clarity pictures and new movies. It now also have count down (in our region) so that we can know the exact time which the movie will start.

We have that too. And it really helps me because I'm the kind of person who wants to switch from one channel to another. So i just look at the timer and estimate the time the movie will start. Really helpful!

I only get those movie channels when my cable company gives us a free preview, plus I rarely get to watch new release movies. So either HBO or Cinemax channels are good enough for me. :]

Oh i thought all cable companies have HBO and Cinemax. I guess i'm wrong. But i'm glad you get some free previews every now and then. It's really great to have these channels around specially when you don't have anything to do but couch and catch a movie.

HBO, hands down. They have had the best TV shows on there in the past. I don't have it anymore because the shows I watched are now gone. I try to check up on movies that have premiered and stuff. And I noticed too how updated the movies are on HBO. That's definitely a plus. In general, HBO has way better content on it, I think.

Yeah! Plus it's pretty updated on the lives of Hollywood stars and their newest flicks. And i love those HBO series (Is that what they are called? Can't remember..Hehe!)

You have the same favorite shows as my mom. She loves CSI and House. She likes to watch them over and over again even during the wee hours of the morning.
