Could you live without PC for a week?

I know me and my fiance couldnt live without the computers for even a day,because right now this is our only way to try and make money,because we are having trouble finding a real job,since gas prices are too dang high.

I was able to last march-april. It was about a week and a half without PC. It was the first time I left my pc for that long in years. We were on vacation though and I had to catch up quite a handful of emails and updates from online/even offline friends.

No. I neither can lie without my PC nor my MacBook. I use the PC to play games and games form a very important part of my life. And I use Mac to study from the internet and make notes and manage projects which also forma a very important part of my life. So I have two things controlling my life and I just cannot live without them. bourne

Yes. Just like nanayangel said, if I have TV, something to read and if I'm with my family, I'll have no problem.

i cannot live without pc and internet for just even a day. i have online business here and i can't imagine living without a computer beside me. that's why i am planning to buy a laptop so if i will be on a vacation i will bring the laptop with me to monitor my online business.. happy posting!! :)

Nope I would go crazy I turn it on the minute I get up and it stays on all day with me regurlay checking all sorts of things,I am hopeless I check it before I go to work then the minute I get to work!Its crazy how we have come to depend on them so much!

It depends on. When I have a travel, that's not a problem for me to be without a computer for a long time. As I won't have time to do so. If I can have the access at home but I can't get online due to any reasons, then it'll be frustrated for me.

It would be too hard to handle for me. I have been without internet for a week at home but I still used it at school and somewhere outside my home. This means I am so attached to internet for many stuff. Not only my pc. We moved our house on 1st of may and it took a day to set my pc up. I just couldn't wait much longer I just set it up but our internet connection was not made yet. It made me sick really. I just didn't stay home as much as I used to. I just went out to school etc etc. And staying without internet forced me to look for new stuff in my pc. I just browsed some archive files and found some games which I used to play in the past. I spent my time on that. however, the internet means more than communication and games to me. I am studying on electronics and If I have a research homework then I usually use internet as a source. It was just too hard.

I could survive without the internet, like I manage it for two weeks or so when I go on holiday as I don't take my laptop abroad with me. I wouldn't like to have to do without my computer or the internet though.

Agree. But sometimes I thought maybe we're too depend on pc. I don't know it's a good thing or a bad thing.

as much as i love my laptop i think the max that i could live without it is probably 2 weeks or something. more than that i'd be having some withdrawal symptoms haha

No, I don't think so, even for only one or two days. I can't imagine life without it, and worse having internet and all. It was part of my life, and I think I can be quite restless without it and can't work the things I have to do. XD

wow. a week without a PC is tough! i dont think i can. i use it at home for post-office work, for school, and for my unwinding times. my PC is my pal.

I can't do that too.as you know,without a computer we just fell like we were living in a island.

no no no... i cant even that there is no net coconction...i have many use of my pc....its my daily life..

yes of course I can, and all of us can live with out it, but the problem is most of us are dependent to it, works, communication, hobbies(games), etc. So with out it we'll be dying because we don't have a work anymore lol!
