Exercise - how much needed

What are the things you usually do for keeping your body fit? I walk about half an hour in the morning in every alternate days.

Walking is a good exercise. It belongs to the cardio genre of exercises. So you do not have to take breaks like doing it on alternate days. You can walk every day. But if you are seriously into workouts then 3-4 days a week is the best strategy for long term gains. As strenous exercises need muscles to take rest to heal after trauma. As to keeping my body fit I am trying now to loose my weight. Actually i am not overweight . Actually i am trying to get a six pack abs. to please my girlfriend who is a doctor too. And gosh she is really thin.

dear padmameera Really walking is very good exercise for health. Atleast 3 to 4 km daily walking in ht morning is necessary to keep your body fit. This practice should be in the morning and evening hours. You will get a result. You will experience sound sleep in the night. pkc3000

My methods is to play basketball twice for one week,and keep a good sleep every day!
