Did you work out today? How oftern do you work out?

It is important to workout during the week to make your body and mind work properly. But did you work out today? I try to lift weight and run every other day but sometimes I sleep in too long and it takes me weeks to get back on track. I am feeling low and need to get back soon! How about you?

I work out on my crosstrainer every other day, or so I try. Most of the times I manage and if for some reason I don't then I try to get even on another day.
Today I did not do crosstrainer exercise because I did so yesterday, but I did have a quick 10 minutes on my new rowing machine. I got it at a second hand store for 8 euros which is great and it works just fine even though it's a bit old.
Gives my arms, legs and tummy a great work out. I will try and build up to do it every day but since it's new and has only one level of working out (which means pulling very hard and getting a pretty intense work out) I just did 10 minutes today.

I try to workout at least 3-4 days a week, if I can't get to the apt. gym I'll take a walk or do something active. Once you get going its hard to stop but when you stop, its even harder to get going again. Pace yourself stallion!

honestly, i don't have time to have anykind work out recently. usually i arrived on my home at 9pm in 5 days a week then take dinner and wait few hours before taking bed
in the weekend, i just wanna doing laziness thing and enjoy my off day

I normally work out 7 days a week. I take a class at the gym on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I run a three mile trail with a friend of mine. On Saturdays on Sundays I take my dogs for an hour run. In additiong to my week day workouts I also take my dogs for a thirty minute to hour walk in the evenings.
I just got back, on Friday, from being out of town for almost a month. I came home to a FILTHY house so I have been cleaning all day yesterday and today so I have not had a chance to workout. Although, with all the cleaning I have had to do, it should be considered my workout for the day!
I will definitly get back to my regular routine on Monday. I hate getting stuck in those slumps when you don't work out. Plus I find I have much more energy and sleep better after I have exercised. Good luck getting out of your rut and back into your routine.

I did not work out today. The weather has not been nice enough to go to the gym with pouring rain, tornadoes and thunderstorms and I get bored working out at home. I did walk a mile with my son a few days ago but that has been about it for awhile now.

i didn't work out today. i usually do some push ups when i'm in our house during the nights. but during weekends, i go to my girlfriends house and sleep there overnight and i don't do work outs there. there's just things needed to be prioritized first that working out.

Hi There,
I include working out and exercise as a huge part of my life. I train for marathons, and run for about an hour and a half 5 days a week. However, right now I am not able to because on my last run I gave myself a hernia. I have been out for a month now and there is no end in sight. It is distressing as working out becomes such an important part of your day.

I haven't worked out today or yesterday. I worke out on Friday and I did like an hour and eleven minutes on my treadmill. I know exactly what you mean and the thing is that when you work out it takes out all the stress that you may have. I have some stuff to do today so I probably won't be working out today, I'll probably work out tomorrow.

Sad to say, I have never worked out a day in my life.I became disabled 22 years ago, and can not get any excersise at all any longer unless I am in the water. So I do like to go swimming in the summer time.
