Would you choose bigger salary over really kind co-workers?

I'm having a dilemma between two companies. I am currently in a company where all my co-workers are so kind and very down-to-earth. They treat me very well. The experience is also great. But the downside is, the pay is small. So i'm kind of considering this another company with higher pay but not sure if my co-workers will be as kind as those i have right now. What do you think i should do?

Hmmmm. Well it certainly looks like you have quite a dilemma indeed! Well, I guess it may depend on HOW MUCH higher the pay really is for the other job. You certainly would not want to be working with a bunch of mean and/or dull people at your workplace. Maybe you should go apply and see if you could meet the people you may be working with?

I know for me, it's much more important that I get along with my co-workers than get more pay. But, since you haven't worked at the other company, there's no way to tell if you can't have the same connections there that you can at your old place. Chances are that you will make just as many friends there as you did at your old place.

You're right! I bet these people will also be kind to me if i show them that i can be friends with them. Sometimes, it's a matter of charming people and being honest with and showing your true self. That way, they will know you are sincere in treating them.

Without being to nosy what is the difference in pay? That is a dilema okay, becuase you can make more money that would make you happy but then if you work with inconsiderate people you will not like going to work. Weigh and balance it out.

Pretty big difference in pay. Like really a lot. Thanks for the advice. I think balancing out by considering the pros and cons will help a lot.
