This is a Museum Castle, not a house. But we have also houses looking like this, the old ones. And other castles too. For example the one I will add the Picture now, at its time was the most advanced and the most modern castle in Europe and maybe in the whole world. It was the first palace in Europe having own central heating. And what's amazing, it still works, the same old system still working.

Well, the budget to visit Romania shouldn't be hight. Well depends if you have expensive tastes, then it can be expensive too. But if you have somebody to give you some advice then you can have a very, very nice trip and at a very low budget too. Usually trips to Romania can be considered "low budget" trips. And here is another picture from Romania. What's interesting about the fortress in the picture is the fact that the troops defending it had never opened the gates during a battle to go outside for provisions because they had everything inside. Tho the fortress is built on the top of the mountain it even has a fountain, over 150 meters deep (about 350 feet). It was dig up by 2 turkish prisoners that were promised to be released after digging it. It took them 17 years.

I have had the pleasure to visit Romania on 4 occasions.. On every trip I have found it to be a warm and hospitable place to visit. The scenery is terrific and the food is super. It is also a very economical place to visit.. food, lodging and travels are all reasonably priced. The people you meet (outside the touristy areas) are very warm and welcoming) and Oh,, and don't let me forget to say.. they enjoy some very beautiful women there... smart, pretty and charming... AND if you are a fan of Dracula / Vlad Tepes,, what would be a better place to visit than Transylvania??? enjoy!!
