Three people on Painting

This painting is awesome. Did you make this? If so, big kudos. And I do see three people. Person one is obviously the main frame. Person two is made up of the tan side. And it looks like their mouth is open? Is this correct? And person three is kind of facing away from us. We can see the side of their face and the back?
