how to be happy

hello freinds now a days for certain reasons i am tensed and sad also . can any one give me any idea to overcome my sadness.

Oh i guess it happens to all of us.we don't feel at times just for no reason.In such cases I just try and divert my attention in reading some good books,as of now I'm reading 3mistakes of my life.Reading is a very good habit and time just flows by.I think you should try it.If something is bothering u,like a broken relation or sumthing, then try to sort out things as soon as possible and dont waste your precious time being sad. Just keep on smiling dear.bye

I am so sorry that you are tensed up and sad. I stay like that alot of times too and most of the time, I really have no reson at all to feel or be that way. I think it is just life in general. I always shre my feelings with others here at Mylot. That seems to help me alot. I also try to stay busy too. I work seven days per week right now and that keeps my mind and feelings occupied alot. You may want to just speak with your friends here about it and it may help you to feel better also. Best wishes.

whatever makes you happy, do it. like pigging out your favorite food or watching your favorite movie or playing with your dog. or if you've got problems, ask a friend to listen to you or just to with you. it's easy talking about these... but try it... it is about appreciating little things in life that make a person happy.

The first thing you need to do before you can be happy is face your problems head on, what is making you unhappy and what can you do about them. Is it money? How can you make more money? Is it someone in your life? Have you talked to them? etc.

It's easy to say but hard to do. I suggest you should forget something annoying your mind. Make your life busy as much as you can. Talk to others, play the games, or whatever that make you not focus on the sadness.
