I miss Charmed. D'you think they'll bring it back one day?

I know there's re-runs on all the time on the satellite/cable channels, but I've seen every episode so many times. And I want to know what happens next!
I know that we've had the last season now and they're not making any more, but do you think that one day somebody will continue the story either of the three sisters a few years or more into the future, or maybe concentrate on the 'next generation', including Wyatt, Chris and Pheobe and Paige's children. It would be so cool to see what each of their powers are and to see the interraction between the siblings and cousins, and of course to know what happened next in the lives of Piper, Pheobe and Paige.
What d'you think?

Yes, I would be happy with that! Maybe they could set it a few years after they left off just so we know what happens in the intervening period between where the show finishes and before the boys reach the age where we saw them from the future. Maybe they could have a few catch-up shows, or maybe that's being greedy!!
I like that you've named your kittens after the Charmed characters. Did you deliberately miss out Prue?
Thanks for your response.

I love Charmed.. especially Cole.. (yummy).
I wiish they would bring it back with new episodes but I really don't think they will. After all, what more can they do?

Yes, I liked Cole too! I think they could probably find some more ideas, especially if it was set in a different time with the boys and their cousins as the main characters, with different powers etc. I'd still want the sisters to be in it too though as they're fab, but I suppose they might not want to do it if they don't get to be the main characters.

Its a wonderful thought, but somehow I doubt that it will happen. But keep hoping! :O)

Yes, it would be lovely. I'll keep on hoping and maybe I could try casting a spell or two to make it happen... :)

It was a good show. And I miss it as well. However I think they are done. Each of the 3 have new projects. And or families. I don't think they will bring it back. THe best that can happen is maybe a spin-off. And those don't always work out.

You might be right, especially in the near future if they're all busy, but maybe somebody will see it as a good opportunity to revive it in a few years time. I really hope so. Thanks for your response.

Here in Holland they repeated the show a lot. They would start it and show an episode a day and then start over. I have no idea why they do that with shows. I can tell you though that I've now reached my saturation point after having seen the complete series five times over! There is a limit to the re-runs one can stand even if it is a very, very good show. I got some of the books too.
Considering the fact that we've seen future Wyatt and future Chris I don't share your urge. Yes it's too bad that the show has ended but I think we've had as much of the Halliwells that could possibly be made.

Yes, they do that here as well. They show two episodes back to back every day and run through all the series really quickly, which is why I've seen them so many times! I also got fed up with them a while ago and stopped watching, but I think soon I'll be ready to start all over again!
I'd like to know what happens to Wyatt and Chris and their cousins before the age that we meet the two boys in the future. I haven't yet reached my saturation point, and hope it happens! Thanks for your answer.

I doubt if this would happen but it would be awesome if they did bring it back. I would love to see how the children grow up. Of course we have already seen what Chris and Wyatt are like because Chris came to the past from the future but it would be awesome to see the rest of the kids. Someone should write to TNT or the CW to tell them about this idea! :)

Yes, I'd like it a lot! We see Chris and Wyatt when they're teenagers and of course when they're really young, but it would be interesting to see the in-between years, and them growing up with their cousins.
Yes, maybe we should start a petition! To be honest I'm sure somewhere down the line somebody appropriately placed will decide to make some kind of Charmed spin-off. All successful series seem to come back sooner or later in some form or another. I just hope that it won't take too long to happen - they've only quite recently resurrected series like Dr Who and even more recently The Bionic Woman, which were both on when I was little (ie. quite a while ago :o)
Thanks for your reply.

I really love Charmed. Especially Piper. You know what Liquorice, there is an interactive episode in the net, you have to read it though.

Try to read through. They write nice scripts.

i miss charmed too. so much. i still watch reruns everytime i can and i also have all the dvds.
maybe if they do, make a charmed spin off one day, it'll be about the next generation, meaning the sisters' kids... but it'll be interesting how they'll work the power of three in there, being that each sister has three kids in the series finale...
and yes, i'd also love to know what happends next in the sisters' lives. i wish it would continue in some way, like maybe a movie or even graphic novels like buffy the vampire slayer did.

Yes, I'd love to know what happens to the next generation and see what all of their kids are like. That's an interesting point about the power of three, there'll be three threes, like the power of 3-squared!
I love the idea of a movie, I'd certainly go to see it :)
They do have some novels here in the UK and in America, but I think they're by different writers to those on the series and don't necessarily relate to TV episodes, and those which do correspond to episodes do so only loosely.
Thanks for your answer.

Thanks, it would be really good. And the more repeats I see, the more I want them to make new ones!
