How did you waste your morning?

How did you spend your Sunday morning? Did you waste a lot of time on a project that didn't work out? Do you feel that you got a lot accomplished? If you could repeat the day, what would you change? Would you do things differently?
For some reason, I woke up this morning feeling like I needed to put up yet another blog. I should have known things would not go well for me, when Blogger started malfunctioning and refused to upload my template. And, after about an hour when they finally let me upload the template, I had to wade through raw XML code so that I could change the header text from "Test Blog" to my actual blog title.
So, that's how I wasted my beautiful Sunday morning. What did you do?

I had family breakfast. Then started mylotting. I don't think that's a waste of time. My family might disagree. I should work on my blog too. I haven't added to it since February. It does need some work. Didn't do much else.

Certainly, MyLot is definitely not a waste of time. It's a sweet relief from the irritants in my life. For me, the part about dealing with cranky Blogger was my waste of time. Eventually they straightened themselves up and let me get down to blogging.
Sounds like you had a very pleasant morning! Well, then. Enjoy the rest of your day. Best wishes for a lovely and rain-free weekend.

Appropriate words, beautyqueen, because that is exactly what I did this morning.
First and foremost, I stayed up late last night, knowing tomorrow is my day off. So I slept in, waking around 9 am. Then I opened my laptop, and started surfing, checking my emails, and writing. After a few hours, I close the laptop, opened the book I was reading last night and continued where I left off. Around 11:30 am, finally feeling hungry, I got out of bed and made oatmeal.
Now, I'm back in bed, typing on mylot....LOL...
If I can do this again, I'll probably wake up earlier and go to the gym...but this usually happen when I know its my day off.
Well...little, lazy me.

Your morning sounds just perfect! I will definitely have to get a laptop for myself so I can spend my Sunday mornings in bed. Sounds like you're just recharging your brain. I like to plug my brain into the Internet for mindless surfing at least once a day. It's a real brain booster.
Thanks for posting. Now, please go have some waffles for me. I can't eat them anymore. Someone should enjoy them on my behalf! LOL

Actually, my Sunday morning was half spent trying to clear my head (I have a nasty sinus infection/head cold ) and getting ready for work (I worked in the afternoon). I also watched Beverly Hills, 90210 (they play 3 episodes on Sundays). So that's how I wasted my Sunday morning!

I spent most of my Sunday morning lazing around the house watching the rain beating against the windows and read a book. I know I should have got on with some household chores but I felt I deserved to waste a couple of hours with my nose in a book :-)

I wasted my Sunday morning by going into work. I work for an animal shelter and we just had awful tornadoes. So I have been working extra too help. I don't really think it was a waste though. Today will serve as my Sunday. Doing house and yard work.

I spent my Sunday playing video games and helping in the kitchen. I also just lied on the couch having some snacks. I won't really say i was wasting time but didn't really have much to do.

I never waste time on Sunday morning because I do not spend it doing anything but lazing around and thoroughly enjoying it. It is when I re-tank my energy for the week ahead.

I got up about 8:30 this morning. Ate some b'fast, watched some tv, went back to bed about noon to take a nap. Got up a few hours later and worked on the comp. for a bit, did some yard work, watched some more tv and then played some cards with my husband. Can't really do to much these days, I had surgery a few weeks ago on my foot and can't manuever around to well. I'm not used to being so immobile. Some days aren't so bad, and others are just so dang boring. I probably wouldn't have changed my morning any. Some days are just nice being lazy and not doing much.
