Be it eggs, toast, steak, bread, whatever. I personally like coffee and a muffin or doughnut or orange juice. Often I just have some coffee though. What about you?

First thing in the morning I have a big mug of coffee to get me a bit more awake. Then, a few hours later, scrambled eggs and one piece of whole wheat toast with jelly. Other mornings I have just a bowl of cereal and milk. The protein in the eggs seems to be better for my sugar level, so I stick with that most of the time.

I gotta admit the big cup of coffee is really a placebo effect for me. I know the caffeine physically helps a lot but if I have some big amount of school work or such to do even smelling coffee and knowing I can have it at will allows for me to get things done. :) just a thought

I like muffins and donuts, too. I like to have sweet things for breakfast like jellied toast, cereal or coffee cake or something. I usually like to just have water to drink, sometimes milk-coffee.

I wake up really early for going to school, something like 6 am so I dont have that much time to make such meal as urs. Mine it's usually just bread and maybe a cake if it's on weekend or so. I do like to drink orange juice too, but I am trying to drink more water now a days, so I drink a big glass of water in the morning after eating the breakfast ^^
