For drinking water times may not eat nor drink with time after eating about half an hour or an hour, because the water during landing eating disrupt his saliva to saliva on the food and his saliva very necessary in the movement of nutrition, the bit which is not well mixed saliva in the mouth is difficult to digest or less use by the body. If Rights drinking water immediately after eating prevent digestion to the proper quality. If the abuse of rights a littel water after eating to suppress thirst, there is nothing wrong, either later drinking water after eating it long after about two hours.

From what I understand, drinking large volumes of water before, during and immediately after eating dilutes the gastric juices required for breakdown of the food. Small quantities of water at these times is acceptable especially with dry foods. One should consume several glasses of water during each day, though, to allow the body to flush out what is not required by the body. More water should be consumed if one is exerting oneself greatly (physical work, sports, exercise) because of losses due to breathing harder (a lot of water is loss through this) and increased perspiration rate.
