Great win for Kolkata Knight Riders

yes i belive that it is a very good win and that was necessary to bring some prie for the team. i think they had a very unbalanced team. they had very good bowlers but they never cliked consistently and then they lacked batting and that was the most difficult thing. but this win showed that saurav is a class act and he has the quality to play well in this format also

dear skyblue I fully agree with you. On 25th May KKR really played very well that too the performance of DADA(Sourav). But sorry to say that this win will serve any purpose. Such win should have been in earlier stage. Though yesterday sourav played very well innings . I thing one person also to be recognised i.e. Gul whose magnificent bowling and batting brought such win over punjab. pkc3000

its true. but what hurts me more that KKR could have played this games long ago, in that case they could have reached semis. now they are out of it. even though they palyed well, now these wont matter.

Surely kolkata knight riders won the last game against the pujab. But the win cannot be termed as great win. Infact it was a win because of brilliant individual performance. The whole team flopped except saurav and umar gul. In the whole tournament they didn't seem like a team. Whenever they won , that was because of individual performance and not because of team effort. That is the reason they are out of semifinal. It is important for a team that all eleven players should perform and not only one or two. Jaipur, mumbai, delhi are good examples of it and kolkata should learn from this and prepare for next ipl.
