I have heard of Global Test Market, but never hears of Pigsback. I assume that you chose these sites because they work for you? I will have to check out that one. I will check to see if you have a link on your profile so I can sign up under you.

Pigsback.com is only open to UK residents. They do have a sister-site (Pigsback.ca) that's open to Canadian residents. Maybe you reside in one of these countries. If not, I think Globaltestmarket is open to international usage.
Pigsback have a referral program, but their program is by invitation-only rather than via a referral link. If you can and do choose to join up, let me know and I'll invite you.
