I always get invites to some groups on facebook but I once came across a group made on a certain undiviual that someone made to make fun of him. So I'm the kind of person who doesn't get involved with this type of thing so I ignored the invation and thought it was NOT funny at all. I didn't personally know the person but I thought it was wrong. I should have reported but at the time I was involved with my friend who was being abused and I went to the police to help them out. Dealing with something like this is very stressful and with the facebook thing I said I don't need to be involved in anything else. Months later there was a report on a group made on facebook that lead a young teen to commit suicide and it was him. I was so shocked and angry. The worst thing is 10 reports were made to who ever about the group and they had done nothing. My whole town had a service for him at every school in the area and they made sure that everyone knew about the group made on facebook because some of the students sitting in the gymnasisms had been involved in the group. The person who created the group was charged with violation of another indiviual and THAT'S ALL this person was charged with. I have no idea who the young teenager you commited suicide was or who created the group but I'll say this DON'T, NO MATTER HOW FUNNY IT MAY SEEM, DO THIS TO SOMEONE ELSE. How do you feel about this? Have you experienced this?

There is no amount of stress in my life that can or will ever prevent me from reporting something like this. I know that life can get stressul at times, and for me it has, but the time it takes to report somehing like this won't take as much away from me and burn me out as the damage not reporting the group could cause. That's how I look at things. If I have time to even be ON facebook, then I'm not too stressed to anonymously report a problem.

Ohh thanks for reminding me I reported it on facebook just not to the police. I thought facebook would get rid of it but didn't realize the boy had seen it before I had done so. I meant I didn't want to get involved with the police again because my friend was getting abused and I was getting threatened by the person who was the acused. I was in the middle of this and didn't feel as if I needed to go to police for a group on facebook at the time it sounded weird to me also since I was new to facebook at the time.
